Pros

good benefits, free coffee, flexibility in scheduling. growth from barista up is faily easy, however with recent cut backs its really hard.

Cons

higher expectations with little time given to execute. sales goals are lofty. time expectations in dt's is unrealistic- not willing to give the operational workers what they need to even come close to hitting targets. its a very hard job with low pay for entry level workers. Bi-annual reviews- the raises are a joke.

Pros

keep reinventing yourself, but still with the basics.

Cons

I think the company has gone astray from investing in people and keeping their menu simple.
