Pros

Family oriented values, good benefits, friendly working enviroment. VIA great concept.

Cons

poor commuincation, allow people to make poor marketing decisions that keep tanking, just look at the clearance area of the stores full of crap that no one wants or cares about. Forgot that they are a COFFEE shop, not a retail outlet for crap. HR runs the show and dictates what everyone should be doing even when they have no concept of business processes or professional positions.

Pros

Good culture, everyone is very passionate about the brand, good salary and benefits, great working atmosphere, challenging work, opportunites to move around and advance within the company.

Cons

Some of the newer leadership within Supply Chain are moving ahead making some good and questionable changes, but it is as the expense of respect and courtesy.
