Pros

Great opportunity to spend time with coworkers that develop into a family. Really fun atmosphere, very relaxed and warm. Your hand-eye coordination will get busy, and you will get better at resolving conflicts--with customers and coworkers. You definitely build tolerance.

Cons

Very difficult work--my knees and back were always hurting. The pay wasn't very good, and it's hard for your feedback to turn into a new procedure, even if it makes sense for your store, since it's an international brand with international procedures and standards.

Pros

Easy, Social, Fun. You can learn and memorize everything in about one week and within a month you will have almost mastered every drink. Can be a steep learning curve but if you just work hard while you are there you will be one of the top workers because you usually work with a lot of deadbeats

Cons

Can be extremely monotonous. Sometimes the manager and staff are on different pages which leads to stocking problems or underworked or overworked. Customers can be extremely demanding. Just smile and pass it on.
