      Poor Manager = Poor Working Environment

      Pros

      You get free Drinks! You get free Coffee / Tea! You get a 30% Discount! They pay above min. wage

      Cons

      Raise was NOT given after 6 months. Schedule was changed without any notification. Had an appointment Sat/Sun, but work scheduled for Sat... Got Saturday covered, and later found out that Sunday was now scheduled for me instead.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits for partners. It's a highly cultured environment that allows people to interact with each other in a calm setting surrounded by coffee and pastries.

      Cons

      Promoted products were not usually well recieved by customers and the management team only concerned themselves with the sell of those products. Too many favorites (products) would be discontinued with no explanation to customers of why they were gone.

      Pros

      Getting to know many people, both the ones you work with and the ones you get to know over the years by them coming in. Being a teacher and seeing people succeed that you have coached and taught.

      Cons

      As with any compney in our challenging times, there have been changes, quick and sometimes not that well executed. It is what you expect with a retail company however
