      Good people, fun environment, fast-paced, requires a lot of patience and ability to deal with picky customers and high set standards.

      Cons

      Constant company policy changes, ridiculous cleanliness standards, higher management is usually hired from outside and doesn't know how to even make drinks but will demand you make them faster and faster.
