      I love my job just wish it wasn't so corporate

      Pros

      Fun place to work and I love the people I work with as well as most of the costumers. I have a great management team in the store. I feel like the store is well maintained, clean, and a comfortable place to be. I like making peoples day with just a little conversation, a smile and a cup of coffee.

      Cons

      Corporate is constantly changing things on us. Some people are treated better than others and favorites are played not based on work performance but how well they are liked. Training really needs to be longer and more structured. We make to many frappuccinos. Corporate need to know what it is like working in a store before they enforce things on us. Licensed stores don't keep up with our standards and we get to hear about it all the time.

      flexible schedule, high level of teamwork, fun, friendly co-workers, comprehensive training, comfortable working environment, , excellent discount and benefits, wide range of products

      Cons

      can be stressful, busy, have to constantly move, picky customers, working environment can be negative and full of gossip, some people are lazy

      Pros

      work/life balance, company goal/values, and benefits package is second to none.

      Cons

      More relationship than results oriented, political base for advancement. Not the best schedule, even for retail having to work at least some of every weekend. Difficult to get time off, with pressure if it's "really" necessary.
