Pros

Very friendly atmosphere. You don't feel like you're at work, rather coming in to hang with friends and making some drinks. It's like a casual bartending job.

Cons

You might have to come in and open the store which can be very early in the morning around 4 am. There's possibility of promotion, but if manager wants you to be transfered then you have no choice.

Pros

benefits package includes health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), store discount, tons of free coffee, 401k matching, and investment plans.

Cons

I feel underappreciated and underpayed. Management frequently changes, so when it's time for my employee reviews I feel misunderstood by someone who doesn't know me.

Pros

free drinks fun people watching at my location good atmosphere flexible scheduling friendly clientele / regulars hands on and new product so you don't get too bored

Cons

wearing hats... some locations don't have provided parking which is a pain as los angeles takes you for all you're worth in the parking dept.
