Pros

Flexible work hours, good benefits, free coffee, social atmosphere, the ability to get to know your neighborhood, networking, rewarded for creativity

Cons

very early or very late work hours, much physical work, not very much money can be made here, some of the demands are impossible to meet, customers will yell at you/steal from your store.

Pros

You are having a fun time with your teammate and sometimes the customers You learn a lot about coffee. You have a decent salary with tips.

Cons

The bad thing is, Sometimes, it is very bad managed. Like only 2 teammate will be serving a line of 20 people on Sundays. I think that is just very unreasonable and not sticking with the philosophy of Starbucks "FUN"
