Pros

Great pay, easy job, fun to interact with people everyday, employee benefits, great co-workers, good coffee, flexible hours, competent bosses.

Cons

While you can choose hours, it doesn't mean that you get those hours. Long-shifts are physically draining. Happenstance unhappy customer.

Pros

Flexible time, great health benefits, fun environment, ongoing challenges keep it interesting, learn practical skills for business management and development, clear objectives, plenty of locations to keep commutes to a minimum

Cons

opportunities for advancement have been reduced due to a sluggish economy. Sometimes the advancement opportunities seems to be more dependent on how strong your friendship is with management than how well the store was run, customers were served, co-workers were taken care of, or bottom line was met.
