Pros

Good hourly pay. Depending on which store you work at, the tips can also be really good. Benefits are not the best, but at least you can have them.

Cons

It seems like they only hire in for upper levels, not promote. It's very upsetting when you and your team work hard and don't get the consideration for higher positions. Very busy = very stressful due to constant understaffing to maintain labor.

Pros

Love the customers, and the atmosphere. Other employees make it worth coming to work everyday. If you are a people person you will enjoy it . Howard Shultz is an inspiration. Benefits are awesome

Cons

Not as flexible to work there as it use to be. Cannot just take time off when you need to without using vacation days even if part time. Pay could be more
