Pros

Howard is an incredibly visionary and capable leader. The company is very ethically run and it's involvement in helping community, both for our coffee and tea farmers and for the places that host our stores is beyond compare.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity in IT. Few promotions and each time a new VP comes in, they are very biased against inside talent.

Pros

You do get one pound of free coffee or a box of Tazo tea every week. You get free drinks 30 minutes before your shift begins and 30 minutes after your shift ends. You get a 30 percent discount on merchandise and food and other beverages that they carry.

Cons

scheduling is bad. Mornings are very early and you are so overwhelmingly busy. The night crew has it easy and never properly clean for the morning crew.

Pros

It is a simple job...a caveman could do it

Cons

They sometimes treat you as if you are simple-minded and it is belittling
