Pros

Discounts and free coffee were the highlights of working there. The benefits are also decent if you work there for longer than six months.

Cons

The customers were horrible and rude all day, everyday. Management refused to fire employees that would no-call / no-show on a regular basis even if it screwed over all the other people working. You also don't make any money off of tips anymore because Starbucks has pushed their rewards program using gift cards.

The review system that is in place does not allow for a very healthy environment for growth.
