Pros

You are having a fun time with your teammate and sometimes the customers You learn a lot about coffee. You have a decent salary with tips.

Cons

The bad thing is, Sometimes, it is very bad managed. Like only 2 teammate will be serving a line of 20 people on Sundays. I think that is just very unreasonable and not sticking with the philosophy of Starbucks "FUN"

Pros

Discounts on product, free coffee while you are on the job, flexible hours if you are going to school, ability to network with customers, good part time job

Cons

I would not stay here forever. I am trying to get out, but it is a good first job or for something while you are in school. You get crappy customers and people who are rude to you or treat you like you are below them. Erratic work schedule, if you have an open availability one day you might open the next close, just a little unhealthy. too many fatty foods to sample, if you don't watch it you'll put on a few pounds. There can be some drama depending on who you are staffed with and i think they take cookies and mochas too seriously, nothing to get bent out of shape about.
