      The first 9 years were great but the last 3 years I was taken advantage of, mislead, underpaid, overworked and lied to.

      Pros

      Lots of benefits, diverse coworkers, great customers and if you have a good boss, room for advancement and lots of recognition for positive results.

      Cons

      Changes made a couple years ago resulted in disrespectful upper management, terrible work life balance (especially for management), conflicting communication from upper management, lack of recognition for achievements, decreased benefits, biased management, decreased labor budget and hours and increased workload. I went from work 40-50 hrs a week to 60-80 as a result of this. I could go on and on. I dedicated my life to the company and the last few years was treated like garbage.

      Pros

      Atmosphere and energy of the workplace is enjoyable. Love getting free coffee while working and great discounts while not.

      Cons

      The hours take some getting used to if you are opening. Can be hectic during the rush if everyone is not giving their best.

      .Excellent benefits, flexible scheduling, cash tips supplement weekly wages, all the coffee you can drink, fast paced environment makes the day go by fast

      Cons

      Little recognition for a job well done, once you have attained supervisor position there's no where to go, poor communication between store manager and everyone else, not everyone follows guidelines and there's little recourse.
