Pros

Besides the great benefits, Starbucks provided: a flexible work schedule while I was in college; a crash course in business management after I gained my BA and decided to move the corporate ladder. Most of all I am appreciative of both the personal and business relationships I gained while working for this company.

Cons

One of the main downsides of working at Starbucks is the inconsistencies which exist and only become more apparent as you move up within the company.

The job is not for everybody. The stress and anxiety is high specially in a high volume store
