Pros

Excellent Health benefits for only 20 hours a week. Excellent stock benefits and numerous other perks, such as free coffee.

Cons

It is very fast paced and often difficult work. You never stop moving, and never stop thinking. Always something to do, and it is an early days work or late nights work. No down time. Some people experience difficulty growing in Starbucks.

Pros

Very easy going place to work Lots of attention is paid to keeping employees happy Opportunity to get bonuses Great partners to work with Build great relationships with customers Free drinks 30 minutes before and after work Lots of opportunity for growth Even though partners say the company is not what it used to be, it is still 10X better than the majority of jobs out there

Cons

Rude customers (but you have those eerywhere) Like all jobs, your work environment can depend greatly on your boss (I've been blessed to have a great one, but I know that is not the case with all)
