Pros

Good work environment, compensation, comprehensive benefits and leave policy, and transparent options for career development.

Cons

Reorgs, team shuffling, company vision etc don't always make sense to the masses, particularly where it affects one's job description, KPIs, expectations etc

Thank you for sharing. Our flexible benefits programme and our workation policy are very popular with all our global colleagues. Having a healthy work life balance is so important for us all. We are passionate about colleague development and our Careers hub offers a one stop shop for advice and tips on how to progress internally. Internal mobility is growing and at the end of Q4 in 2024 we hit 40% and we have invested in technology to make the process more streamlined. We appreciate all feedback so thank you.
