Pros

The company started in 2009, but recently have seen a downfall. And management needs to come up with ideas where in the employees feel wanted.

Cons

Too much hopscotch, people generally not happy, if you are hard worker, this place is not for you, not valued at all...

Fundamentals are wrong with what has been written by this employee. We started in 2006 and have steadily been growing from team of 2 to 1000 people. Without good people, we would have not sustained 10 years.

Good Organisation to work for

Pros

This is a good Organisation to work for. Being a Product Based organisation, they pay well, have good technical exposure, and let you have good recognition. The parent organisation - Springer Nature is a big name in the publishing field, the publishing business is becoming increasingly IT-Enabled and this makes the organisation adapt the latest technology in the field. They have flexible working hours and employee-friendly policies

Cons

Being a Product based organisation it also limits your technical exposure. Unlike big IT companies you cannot change your project. The only option is to leave the organisation. Same goes if you don't get along with your team mate or manager. The management needs to make a clear stand on the Branding of the Organisation and needs to stop being bureaucratic. The HR Policies are average and some are not up to Industry standards. The Organisation tends to act cheap in some areas and it needs to realise that it leaves a bad impression on the employees. The negative is that this can be a great organisation but it is not using it's full potential because it wants to stick to the Good-Old Days and does not want to adapt to change.

Pros

Open environment, great teams, advanced technology stack

Cons

Management sucks, few bad influences spoil the whole spirit of the team, sometimes simple things are over engineered
