Pros

Stable business. Co-workers are generally fine if there is no actual working relationship.

Cons

There is a huge JSEAO meeting every year and employees are ridiculously expected to entertain the top management by doing performances that takes lots of time on top on actual work and preparation for the meeting. The meeting is meaningless, purely entertainment for top management. Internal departments do not share information. Sales Directors are frequent acting unreasonably, rude and demeaning to other departments but they get away acting like prideful lords as long as they butter up their boss and bring in the numbers. Management do not listen to the needs on the ground. The never-ending restructuring is introducing plenty of negative atmosphere to the air, lots of speculations going around amid the already bad office politics happening. Poor HR setup, and inadequate healthcare benefits for a large MNC.

Pros

you will find good friends who will be going through bad time

Cons

This company has the most terrible policies when it comes to salaries and appraisals. If you want to take about 7-11 percent appraisals no matter how hard you work and no matter how low your initial salary was then please join this springernature. Your managers will tell you that there is a shortage of funds this year (they will tell you this every year), while you see million being spent around you on creating fancy interiors. They seem to have lost site of the fact that our clients pay for the production and not for the fancy interiors. upper management does not have any respect for its employees
