Pros

It's a good working environment with a pleasant culture. The work is interesting and challenging, and there's opportunity to work across multiple products.

Cons

It's a travesty that women are paid 15% less than men within the company since it often talks about promoting women in STEM. Since the data has been collected across all levels then it should be published rather than attributed to a lack of women at director level - why is that? There's a lack of attention to digital within the company - it should be at the forefront of all department requirements

Pros

I hardly find any pros in this company and left in 3 months

Cons

They will hire you just to complete their projects. You'll never get work satisfaction here. So much politics and managers have no power at all. They tell that they will reimburse your relocation charges but they never do. Staff is involved in other freelancing projects.
