A bit slow-paced but good place to work

Pros

Fair pay, excellent benefits, excellent training programs, smart and friendly colleagues, and low-stress environment overall. Managers do care about their staff.

Cons

Slow decision making and platform development. Like somebody else wrote "slow to turn like a cruise ship". Also, it can be a little cliquey and big company impersonal at times. That said, if you're not looking to make friends at work it's fine. Still gave it four starts since pros exceed cons.

Pros

1) A multi-cultural working environment. 2) Regular interaction with colleagues from around the world via presentations, seminars.etc. 3) Certain departments are well managed and sophisticated.

Cons

Since I was working in the India Office. my view are solely expressed from the experience I received there. 1) Extremely poor monetary compensation. No correlation between your skills and what you are paid. 2) Rampant politics in office. 3) Talent is not valued. 4) In the Marketing team our core project was executed in a highly illogical fashion. The senior management in this department do not know the ground realities of the country and implement policies that are something akin to " pie in the sky".
