Helpful and cooperative people, Great team, Empathic and they understand that you are new to the company, less work pressure, interaction with international client on my first week of work, Lots to learn, Training provided for everything and less work pressure,

Cons

Long working hours, you get bored because you have nothing to do, communication among departments not that great but problems are sorted quite well

Nice flexible work conditions (working from home, work hours), international environment, good opportunities to travel, suitable location (transport wise and within the city)

Cons

No vision and sense of innovation, poor customer service, no real opportunities for growth, no focus and clear leadership at various levels of the organization, poor communication between departments and at the floor level
