Good work culture. You would definitely get lot of opportunities to learn new things in Crest. If you really want to learn something new Crest is the best place..

Pros

Great people and highly collaborative environment with an open culture. Good opportunities for career development as the company is still growing even post merger

Cons

Just gone through a merger so understandably there are many negative people who can be toxic to the culture. Ex-Nature culture is very risk averse and slow to change
