The company offers one of the best salaries for freshers in the market, moving on from there is dependent on individuals on their ability to scale up both technology and people front. We are people oriented organization and in product development space practicing Agile. People who cannot fit Agile will feel left out.

Pros

Latest technologies, Good compensation, Steady in terms of growth.

Cons

As mentioned in the title you need to have a great political background to survive in this company. Thought it advertise of being agile, higher management are not approachable at all & they trust only a set of people blindly. And these people are greedy for power & control. Colleagues are good at back stabbing each other. Overall too unhealthy growth potential if you don't accept complete domination.

Pros

Can't think of any positive with this compnay

Cons

There are so many- Dirty politics coming from top to bottom, Managers and the Senior management is pathetic-they are aimless and does not provide any direction. They don't believe in growing people and follow hire and fire policy based on grapevine. Suffocating environment with no freedom to add value, wants to work with same people and use same age old formulas. This company has very less potential to grow and it definitely cannot provide a stable career to anyone. Salaries they offer are peanuts. Join it at your own risk.
