Pros

good working environment and area is also good

Cons

In Manuscript screening team , there is too much partiality, no growth for personal development and very less salary hike. Never go in Manuscript screening dept.

Pros

- Some good, skilled people. - Good if you're looking for little accountability and clocking off work early. - Work on products with a lot of users. - Cloudfoundry deployment infrastructure well geared toward microservices and freedom for teams to work in different ways. - Some opportunities for international travel. - London office has a lively vibe if you get to visit. - Hackdays were fun for many (but my team were nudged not to take part, to just work as normal). - Foosball table.

Cons

- Typical corporate lack of direction and momentum. Developers were hired without the decisions made as to what they would do. There was a long period of thumb twiddling. - Sterile corporate offices without decor or soul. - Few structures to ensure accountability. Particularly a problem with the hiring process where entrusting people to be the initial, unilateral decider on hiring others to do the same job risks conflict of interest. - There's a strong vibe of 'I'm just here for the money' even among the new hires who one might have hoped would be fired up to make an impact. - Better coffee would be much appreciated.

Pros

Really fun, talented people. Good progression structure in place. Work is challenging but interesting. Great work/life balance, flexible hours etc.

Cons

Senior management is difficult to approach. The opportunity to take on extra responsibility is limited by what you're contractually bound to do, which can be frustrating for people who have the ability to progress quickly. Also, low pay.
