Thank you and taking the time to review. We are proud of all our colleagues and the culture of support and working alongside inspiring people is indeed very interesting. We pride ourselves on our work life balance and most people are thrilled to have time in our wonderful office in Kings Cross. We regularly review our comp in line with our industry and strive to offer flexibility.

Thank you for your review from Pune. We do have a wfh policy which is hybrid; 2 days in the office and 3 days wfh at home. This allows a good balance with family and work. Our workation policy is very popular allowing 20 days per year for colleages to travel and work away from the office for family time and special times. We have a self learning platform in our global career hub so please look our for this which has tips and help for all colleagues looking at career development. More to come on this during the summer.

Pros

I've been working at Springer Nature for some time now, and overall, it's been a very positive experience. The company offers a great work-life balance, with flexible working hours and a hybrid setup that really supports families and individual needs. The culture is very inclusive and family-oriented, and my colleagues are not only professional but also genuinely kind and supportive. There are good opportunities for growth and development, with a lot of encouragement to take ownership of your career. I’ve felt empowered to grow and contribute meaningfully to my team.

Cons

One downside is that the team is quite spread out geographically, so we don’t get to meet in person very often. While we collaborate well remotely, I do miss the chance for more regular face-to-face interactions.

Thank you for your review. We are immensely proud of our culture and work life balance forms such an important aspect for us all. Everyone has a voice and we value contributions from all and our active internal networks forms part of that community sense. We actively work to help and encourage colleagues learning mindset and internal career development. Being a truly global business and finding the balance of travel and sustainability responsibility is not easy. Appreciate your feedback, meeting in person always more pleasurable which is why our hybrid policy of 2 days a week at the office works well for many.
