Pros

The work-life balance is excellent, thanks to the flexible hybrid work model which helps maintain both personal and professional responsibilities with ease. Management is highly transparent and approachable, ensuring that employees are always informed and aligned with the organization’s goals. The company culture is collaborative and respectful, with colleagues who are not just professional but also very supportive.

Cons

When the world is running faster with AI, Springer Nature is way behind in this race. Internal systems and tools could be more integrated — sometimes data and processes feel a bit slower & fragmented.
