Pros

I love working at Springer Nature. During my time here the company has evolved significantly, with investments in technology and the addition of new senior hires that keep things fresh and forward thinking. There’s a community feel in the office, colleagues are friendly, collaborative and passionate about our purpose. The refurbished office looks fantastic, complete with a living wall that adds a vibrant touch. Employee network groups organise plenty of events, creating an inclusive and engaging environment. Regular blogs from senior executives keep us informed and connected to the bigger picture.

Cons

Honestly, I can’t think of any. If I had to suggest something, free lunch would be a great perk!

Pros

Great mentorship, great work-life balance. I was given a lot of opportunities to do front-line tasks.

Cons

no chance for return offers, have to wait for company vacancies. But other than this I can't think of any.

We are sorry to read your review in Pune. We believe in being part of progress, which is why we enable millions of researchers, educators, learners and health professionals to access, trust and make sense of the latest insights and discoveries every day – always putting people and partnership first. We also benchmark our salaries with our competitors and our flexible & hybrid policy as well as work life balance are quite popular amongst our colleagues.
