Pros

Successful, fast-moving company where you'll be surrounded by smart people.

Cons

Onboarding and team culture can be very hit-or-miss. Management varies from competent to clueless depending on the team.

Pros

1. Great Place to work. 2. Good Work life Balance. 3. Good Pay

Cons

The team environment deteriorated significantly under current management. Employees were routinely pressured to work Saturdays without additional compensation, creating serious concerns around employee welfare and labor laws. Management behavior was highly unprofessional at times, including discussing other employees behind their backs and spending excessive office hours on personal conversations unrelated to work. This negatively affected productivity, team morale, and overall workplace culture. What made the situation more disappointing was that the team previously operated in a collaborative and respectful environment under earlier leadership. Several employees experienced increased stress and frustration due to the change in management style. Senior leadership should pay closer attention to team culture, employee treatment, and managerial accountability before more talent leaves the organization.
