Thank you. At Springer Nature, India is the second-largest source of submissions to our journals, and globally, it is the third-highest contributor to research. Importantly, this growth is not limited to publication volume. In parallel, there’s a steady increase in the impact and quality of India’s research. India is the third-highest contributor to the top 10% highly cited articles, and ranks among the top three nations for high-impact research in applied, physical, and life sciences. Indeed, nearly 70% of all articles are published in the top 50% of journals across all subject areas. We have many highly talented colleagues across the globe, some with Phd's and many without. This year we have focused on skills and hosted many careers growth week sessions which gives our colleagues insight to other opportunities and ideas and tips on how to take ownership of your own career progression so please look out for the next one.

Thanks for your review from India. We are proud that we publish a vast collection of academic books, journals, and monographs exploring the intersections of India's society, traditions, and belief systems. Key publications cover historical contexts, environmental philosophies, and modern sociocultural shifts. Our people and culture of learning and growth allows for a healthy working environment. Work life balance and generous policies allow for flexibility and respect and valuable time with family and friends. We continue to grow in India as the region has the largest percentage of hiring globally across all our locations. When we make people related decisions impacting headcount, we would first look to prioritize laternal moves internally. India has the largest percentage of IJPs.
