Huge literature database, Quality work exposure and good work culture. Full exposure to Literature ICSR domain.

Cons

Poor Management. Disorganised HR policies. Less focus on training and update part.

Very good work life balance, pro-employee company, fun Fridays, nice annual party, regular training and flexible schedules
