Pros

Fantastic place to work! The office is beautiful and much nicer than other publishing offices I have been in, the people are fantastic, you feel like you're doing your bit to progress science, and there's a whole lot of free tea and coffee (and hot chocolate). Plus, the work life balance is beyond fantastic.

Cons

Pay could be better; some areas of the business are valued oddly considering the input into the final product but this was raised and is being graciously reviewed as we speak.

Pros

You can learn new technology here, There is not very much to say about this company, you can enjoy the holiday here.

Cons

It has a variable pay you have to fight for getting it, management don't want to give the variable pay so they have set the different goal sheet for it.
