General shift. No other pros, just filling due to mandatory criteria of five words.

Cons

Whole company is a con. Worst politics ever. Only those who know to butter are promoted. Managers behave like God. Fake promises. Employee harassment is a common issue if you are in the bad books of your supervisor. Skip level promotion is common if you are a female employee and know how to butter your manager.
