We celebrate success and encourage collaboration and partnership. Surprised to read your thoughts on Career growth as this is something we have invested in and, last year we created an easily accessible Global Careers hub for all colleagues to utilise to keep abreast of new ideas, events and tools to manage and, importantly own, their career progression at Springer Nature. We do regularly review salaries and benchmark to our industry and actually our turnover is quite low and more recently we have seen an uptick in colleagues returning back to Springer Nature.

Colleagues' professional development is a focus and led to the creation of a new Careers hub which brings together resources, training and events to help us all to keep track of idea and take ownership of their careers with the support of their manager.
