Thank you for sharing. Our open and ambitious culture gives colleagues space to develop and everything they need to perform at their best. We celebrate success and encourage collaboration and partnership. Surprised to read your thoughts on Career growth as this is something we have invested in and, last year we created an easily accessible Global Careers hub for all colleagues to utilise to keep abreast of new ideas, events and tools to manage and, importantly own, their career progression at Springer Nature. We do regularly review salaries and benchmark to our industry and actually our turnover is quite low and more recently we have seen an uptick in colleagues returning back to Springer Nature.

Pros

Resources for professional development. Support from leadership. Opportunities for internal candidates to move into new teams or receive promotions.

Cons

Being a global company, policy changes can take time but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Thank you for sharing. Colleagues' professional development is a focus and led to the creation of a new Careers hub which brings together resources, training and events to help us all to keep track of idea and take ownership of their careers with the support of their manager. We are looking to streamline and continue to make efficiencies with our policies and ensure that our open and transparent culture continues so that all our colleagues thrive at Springer Nature.
