Pros

Had some personal issues in my private life and they really supported me until I couldn't work anymore. Also they were very flexible when I wanted to travel but I still needed to work for a bit, so I would travel with my work laptop. Very understanding

Cons

Changes of teams would sometimes mean that there were misunderstandings in procedure so training and procedures were more complex

Very sorry to read your review. We are investing heavily in our manager training to ensure that all colleagues are treated with respect and diversity and removing bias forms a fundamental part of our aim. I would suggest that you talk to your HR team to talk about the concerns you have raised here as this is not in line with our culture which celebrates the impact that all colleagues have contributing to varied, purposeful and rewarding projects.

Pros

Springer Nature offers a friendly and pleasant work environment with amazing and supportive colleagues and flexible working hours, contributing to a positive atmosphere and work-life balance.

Cons

Low salaries and strict policies regarding remote work from abroad. About WfA, the company has made some good progress, but there is certainly more room for improvement.

Thank you for sharing. The office environment and culture strength are all down to our wonderful people. Work life balance is a good strength that seems to resonate with many; we are always looking for feedback on what else we can do. We have this year widened our policy to work abroad to include "Workations" which is quite popular and allows flexibility. We look to benchmark our salaries and we review regularly.
