Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We have fantastic colleagues who are highly talented and driven and without them we simply couldn't deliver on our overall business mission. We actively encourage colleagues like yourself to continue to learn, develop and them themselves in our global and inclusive culture. We have invested in a global career hub to provide everything that colleagues will need to focus on progression. We are also running manager training sessions to ensure consistency of leaders support. Thank you for sharing and terrific to hear your thoughts. As a global and progressive business, we want to create a culture and working environment that enables our people to perform at their best and grow. Our open and ambitious culture gives colleagues the space to develop and in line with our new brand stretch their horizons and have everything they need to be themselves and excel. Every day we help researchers, clinicians and educators find solutions for future generations to come. Our hybrid and flexible working culture works well for our strong work life balance. Our Workation policy is indeed proving very popular and gives colleagues the chance to spend up to 20 days per year with friends and family abroad and combine work and family time. Thank you again.
