Sonnedix is a purpose-driven organisation, with a strong focus on education and development of its people and an impeccable sense of teamwork, not just among employees, but also with its partners. It's one of the healthiest work environments I have been in, and I have been quite lucky in that sense.

Cons

It is a lot of work that requires a strong, true commitment to the company's goal.

The growth of the company has allowed me to grow my career alongside it, I have progressed quickly over the last few years taking on more responsibility as the company expands. The global reach of Sonnedix has meant I have been able to travel to many locations such as Miami and Tokyo.

Cons

There is always work to do so managing your work like balance is important.
