      Pros

      I joined Sonnedix over 2 years ago and have seen the company double in size (from 150 to 300). Even with the huge growth, the values can still be seen throughout the organisation and in each individual employee. It is an absolute pleasure to work in such a nice-natured and one team environment.

      Cons

      We have alot of systems which sometimes cause confusion, but we are in the process of simplifying this.
