I am coming up to my 5th Sonnedix Anniversary and truly could not wish for a better employer. The Sonnedix flexible has given me the privilege to spend time with family this summer who live in other countries, whilst continuing to work. The flexible hours in the morning allows me to commute out of rush hour, making my journey into London much more pleasant and the 3 days a week working from home means I can enjoy gym sessions during lunch hours. Sonnedix appreciates that all One Team members have different definitions for 'flexible' and 'work/life balance' and accommodate accordingly. Sonnedix have really believed in my career (more than me at times!) , continuing to push me to my full potential. They have given me a great career path, along with the learning tools. I really couldn't imagine growing my career anywhere else! I thank Sonnedix for all the confidence they have given me in my role, and I thank the amazing One Team members from all across the globe. I go home with a smile on my face every day, as I know I have really made an impact in building a bright future. I still love my job and the company after 5 years - if that doesn't say how amazing the company is, I don't know what will!

Great people, great location, lovely office, good potential for progression. Relatively new company so there is a sense that you can bring new ideas to the table and you'll be heard - it's not set in it's ways.
