      Great people, great location, lovely office, good potential for progression. Relatively new company so there is a sense that you can bring new ideas to the table and you'll be heard - it's not set in it's ways.

      Cons

      Relatively new company so growth is rapid meaning that if processes aren't scalable, workloads can quickly get out of hand.
