Pros
Snacks, Drinks, and even Breakfast & Lunch are provided occasionally. Starting pay is competitive. Some talented individuals/peers work here. Flexible hours depending on your department. Most managers are fantastic at understanding your work's value and giving you support you need.
Cons
Solera culture can be intimidating. There is no cost of living raise, you must go above and beyond to make a case for a raise, even after years of service. There are no SOP's like most companies, outlining most processes and H.R. policies. Bonuses depend on strange discretions and no explanations are available in writing until they are paid out to those who get them. Everything is 80s and 20s. Enough already....
