Increment and variable pay is little late

No proper management at all – everything runs without direction. No Bonus given which are promissed while joining. No project planning – all projects are messed up and poorly executed. Office politics at its peak – favoritism and internal groups everywhere. Forced work from office with no flexibility. Extremely strict “Active Track” policy that makes you feel constantly monitored. Job security is almost nonexistent – you never know when you’ll be out. Toxic work culture, zero transparency, and no employee value. Even senior folks are finding for new Job
