WFH, no micromanagement, projects are ok to complete, "unlimited vacation"

Cons

No opportunities to move up and management never discusses growth or opportunites even with greate reviews, high turnover, you have "unlimited vacation," but there's always something else to do so you won't get to to take much of it.
