Pros

Modern tools to work (paid license, fast laptop, modern office.. ) diversity, inclusion.

Cons

Suddenly they decide to remove remote policy and start working 5 days at the office. Activtrak (monotoring tool) is installed in your laptop. HR is a mess, no support and help for important issues. Development mainly driven by business, quality code is not the main priority. Delay to paid bonus and to review employee performance.

- High salary compared with local companies - Ticket Restaurant

Cons

- There's a gap between workers and direction. They don't really know who is maintaining their company. - They make decisions like removing remote working without even talking first with their employees. - Even if your manager knows about your good skills and capacities, he doesn't have a word to provide you a promotion. It always falls on a superior boss above your manager who you won't never meet. - HR department keeps bringing people that doesn't raise or even equals the level of the people who left.
