Highly talented Consultants and Leadership Team across the board. Excellent benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K matching, Disability/Life Insurance and Tuition Reimbursement).

Cons

Working on transition for a small office locally in the Seattle market to a lager unit after a fairly recent aquisition. Also working to increase opportunities across multiple clients vs. a few.

Sogeti provides employees with tools, and programs to advance their careers - classes, training, tuition and certification reimbursement. Sogeti provides employees with various formats to advance their leadership skills. Sogeti has excellent benefits and a great team environment.

Cons

While Sogeti USA consultants enjoy working at local area client sites, they may be required to commute up to 1 hour to reach the client site.
