      Pros

      Great place to learn. If you want to be involved in pursuits, proposals, etc., there's nothing stopping you. Friendly atmosphere and good people. Management tries to be accomodating whenever possible.

      Cons

      Too much focus on staffing. Senior leadership is shortsighted. Company makes almost no investment in its internal systems, which can become stifling when working with these tools in the field. Lack of name recognition on the East coast.

      Job Security. They have been pretty good about not laying off in rough times economically.

      They have a habit of changing policies with very poor communication about it.

      If there is no job anywhere else in the market and if you intend ot spend your life bootlicking your boss and grow SOgeti India is the best place

      Cons

      A very useless management.The senior managers and manager at SOgeti India believe in the age old concept of " Might is Right".Professional ethics is a topic which would be be the last thing the management over here thinks about.The bootlickers enjoy all the benefits of the organization where as the other hardworking people are shouted at and labelled as not following the procedures which can be interpreted as per the whims and fancies of the management and the interpretation changes everytime.Female employees get special recognition for being " close " to the managers.
