- good training program - good 401k - stepping stone company if you're out of your school and looking for software related job, this is a place to start with

- POOR sales people - Too much use to cap gemini name but hardly use their client base -

Has the benefits of being associated to Capgemini, so access to various materials is good. Not too much travel is expected which is good.

Cons

Was employed to drive a certain technical product and ended up being boxed in at a large client 100% of time. No time was given for professional development. Personal time for doctor/dentist/anything was frowned upon. Any internal meetings were held outside of work hours, as to not disrupt the billable hours. Social life within company was zero.

Cons

All consultants are expected to constantly sell new business and hold training classes while billing full-time. Leaves little time for proper work and life balance.
