Lots of potential, poor implementation.

Pros

- MSDN subscription (finally after several years of asking) - Benifits are pretty good ( excellent 401k matching, reasonable health ins.)

Cons

- management borderline incompetent - unresponsive to employee & client comments/requests/needs - zero loyality ( eg. hire/fire) - incompetent sales staff. - fear that if your assignment ends they would rather fire you than try to find more work.
