BCBS health coverage is good

Cons

Need to focus on training/on-boarding new staff. Too many systems to do your work. Busy work is ridiculous. If you hire someone & tell them they are in sales, let them sell. Get rid of all the processes that are wasting everyone's time. There's more mess to discuss, but it is late & I need to go to bed...

DEI bs is way out of line in companies today... I will leave it at that! Oh and the management out of Europe, boring, un-inspirational and out of touch with the US market
