I am sorry you don't think your local leadership understood you well enough - we pride ourselves on a social and transparent working culture that promotes interaction. I'm equally sorry you feel that growth is limited (especially as you talk about greater visbility and the awesome work culture) - we are a performance based business and India is one of our fastest growing countries with investment in both the sales, services and delivery centres (30% yoy).       dynamics, always forward looking , do not have much hierarchy . Can go in to the manager room anytime to discuss

      Cons

      workload is high especially for a new joiner

      Hey! Thanks for the feedback! I am glad you are finding SWO to be a forward thinking and open environment - operating without a restrictive hierarchy is within our values. I will also say that yes, the workload is high- we are in growth and change mode! so cannot get around this - although I do trust youare getting the right levelof support to be a superstar! It's never been a better time for opportunity here.

      Hi - thank you for the feedback. This is always a gift - however it's harder for us to respond without more detail. We have a quarterly appraisal cycle and an annual review process which includes a career path plan and review. We launched a complete competency & development framework for our advisory and services business last year - the commercial (Sales) and other areas already have their own development path so I am a little confused here. It would be great if you could provide some further information so we can look into it. We pride ourselves on being a meritocracy so I am sorry you may have witnessed sycophancy but I can assure you it has no place in our company and will not gain anyone an advantage.
